Masteron Enanthate: Summary

Drostanolone Enanthate, more commonly called by its commercial name Masteron, is a drug that is formed from the Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) compound. However, it is also structurally changed from simple DHT through the addition of a methyl chemical group at the the carbon-2 alpha position of the substance.

This is done to enable it to survive the breakdown it otherwise would have suffered by the 3-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase enzyme in the body.

As such, it remains intact and active within the muscle and offers a stronger beneficial impact on performance with lower androgenicity than many of its counterparts. These two factors, along with a more adverse effect friendly profile, are what makes Drostanolone Enanthate such a commonly implemented substance in athletic circles.

Dromostanolone and methenolone, or more commonly known as Primobolan, are very similar substances. Both are synthesized from DHT, both are commonly preferred in cycles where the objective is to maintain lean tissue, and consequent performance, when reducing weight.

Both the drug above and Primobolan also utilize the Enanthate delivery agent for a slow and sustained release in the body with administration. In fact, it is not uncommon for both drugs to be combined and used within the one cycle.

However, there are some significant differences between Masteron E200 and Methenolone. The most notable of these differences, from a practical standpoint, is the stronger nature of the former, with a relatively comparable, or even slightly more favorable androgen profile.

For these populations, a higher dose within the range of 400 to 600 milligrams has been shown to have been used with success.
